Your quote assumes that all races do not possess individuals with darker or light skin colour (more or less melanin). You can have dark skinned Europeans and you can have light skinned Indigenous Australians, Geoff. Skin colour is purely an adaptation to how much sunlight an individual gets. Trying to claim that it is somehow unique ignores that. Tsk, tsk. Roll Eyes

You can have darker skin in your Genes, no matter who you are. Remember the case of the South African woman who was classed as "coloured" despite having two white parents and four white grand-parents? Darker skin colour occurs across the world:

skull shape. Forensic anthropologists use skull size and shape to differentiate between races.
