Why do aussies support Trump?

it is a good question. Why would any Australian support Donald Trump and his 'america first' policies? After all, Trump will not help us and if necessary, would crush our economy in an instant if it suited his purposes - and has said as much.

So why would any patriotic australian support a president who is rapidly becoming OUR ENEMY and the enemy of many other countries as well?

So sprint and mechanic et al... please explain your traitorous support for a president who is very clearly Australia's enemy.

Because he has little time for the 'victimhood' and identity politics of the left. Culturally, things have gotten so far left that almost anything can be interpreted, or reinterpreted, as 'racist', 'sexist', 'xenophobic', 'homophobic', etc. Trump has shown he has no time for this idiocy. The Overton Window is shifting and hopefully, some time in the near future, people may be able to express their concerns without being shouted down. A shift in the U.S. usually means a shift here, sometime.
