Banning immigrants from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen. YES.  I'd throw in Afghanistan and Pakistan if I had my way. Well done Trumpy. Hopefully Australia will follow your example.

Until we do (and there's no guarantee we will) , you'll be getting a lot more of those immigrants in your western suburbs, Homo.

IMHO, they have all been cataloged, & he will probably order that they be re-interviewed & vetted properly.....if found unacceptable, forced to leave post haste.......

. JFYI, the Supreme can also refuse to hear the arguments, effectively leaving all President Trump's Orders in full force as constitutional until proven by the Court as otherwise. Wink

I'd suggest at the least it may violate the Fifth amendment.

Problem is that in many instances in the Constituition it talks about people, not citizens. So even interviewing non-citizens again, may be unconstitutional.

Doesn't worry me in the slightest.

However, you know they're going to end up in your neighbourhood.

Trump just screwed you in the arse, and he didn't even have the deceny to use any KY.

The funny thing is, you're actually enjoying it.

Exactly.

If found to be enemies of Western social values and ethos, and living as Middle Eastern colonists who are sympathetic to the West's enemies.

Repatriation.

I believe when the framers of the US Constitution mentioned "We the People"  or  "The People"  they meant American Citizens, no others who just happen to be situated on American soil....they, AFAIK, have no actual Constitutional rights outside of the right to due process.

Quote:
due process

Fair treatment through the normal judicial system, especially a citizen's entitlement to notice of a charge and a hearing before an impartial judge.

I don't think the Department of Immigration needs to employ a  "Criminal Charge" in order to make a determination of fitness requiring deportation, just to exececute the findings of such determinations.

En masse they are herded in front of a judge.....the determination is read.....the gavel falls, & they are removed to the airport, or a holding facility pending transport to the airport.

1. They use citizen vs person in several instances. My understanding is that in the past the SC have applied person as meaning anyone.
2. Even if its not acriminal charge, it could be aruged that removal from the US is a deprivation of liberty, which is explicit stated to be unconstitutional in the 5th amendment.
