IMHO, they have all been cataloged, & he will probably order that they be re-interviewed.....if found unacceptable, forced to leave post haste....... Even the citizens? No, IMHO, citizens will have Constitutionally protected rights.....& as Citizens, they will need to be treated differently. Problem is that in many instances in the Constituition it talks about people, not citizens. So even interviewing non-citizens again, may be unconstitutional. I believe when the framers of the US Constitution mentioned "We the People" or "The People" they meant American Citizens, no others who just happen to be situated on American soil....they, AFAIK, have no actual Constitutional rights outside of the right to due process.

due process
Fair treatment through the normal judicial system, especially a citizen's entitlement to notice of a charge and a hearing before an impartial judge.
I don't think the Department of Immigration needs to employ a "Criminal Charge" in order to make a determination of fitness requiring deportation, just to execute the findings of such determinations.
En masse they are herded in front of a judge.....the determination is read.....the gavel falls, & they are removed to the airport, or a holding facility pending transport to the airport. 1. They use citizen vs person in several instances. My understanding is that in the past the SC have applied person as meaning anyone. 2. Even if its not acriminal charge, it could be aruged that removal from the US is a deprivation of liberty, which is explicit stated to be unconstitutional in the 5th amendment. Well, we will both see for ourselves when the blessed events start to take place.
