Anybody from Fremantle?

Signed your property over to an Aboriginal family yet?

If you don't like the day that the Crown took possession of this country, then you won't want to be holding property the title to which derives from the Crown.

We do want to be consistent in all things.

Well the jan 26 I see as only a Sydney thing.

Like Green voters in latte land who have their investment property managed by a dogged real estate agents who will vet all applicants 6 ways to Sunday, with the chance of a successful Aboriginal applicant being less than zero Smiley

Sandgropers two paces forward please.

Tell us why you don't like the tradition of Australia Day.

I am a Sandgroper.

Jan 26 means bugger all to me, we had Dutch history years before then.

I think it would cost nothing to offer the Aboriginal people May 27.

It would be a great reconciliation gesture for the rest of Australia to give away such a sacred thing.

I am quite comfortable with the idea.

saying that I know some aboriginal people will not be satisfied, and I understand why a lot of Sydneycentric people would object

So will you sign over your property to an Aboriginal family or Land Council mike?

Your title derives from the Crown, the same Crown that took possession of Australia on Jan 26.

Do you not now feel that title is invalid since you don't want to recognise the original acquisition by the Crown?

False dichotomy.
