He's one of those notorious 'Ugly Americans' who used to be a stereotype often bandied about in the press, and he's in desperate need of having a professional ethicist groom him out of his crude and crass ways.

First up - like Paul Keating - he should be keeping his hands to himself when escorting a foreign national leader around his offices.
