i cant work out what all these beta males and low quality women think they are going to achieve by hating on him on the internet.

He is getting hung up wasting time on stuff of no consequences.
the way for the good doctor to "grow" is to get "better quality problems".
Even if his worst "fears" come true ( and we are told in the title that he is "terrified" Grin

), then this will give him some real problems to focus on and might provide a route forward out of mediocrity.

it does matter WHAT trump does.

if he makes america great, then they step up from mediocrity
if he creates total chaos, then they are going to have to step up from mediocrity.

Only the mediocre , who are hooked on being mediocre, have anything to fear from Trump upsetting their status quo.
