What YOU fail to realise in your opening paragraph is that every institution in the world runs along principles and disciplines that equate to a fascist state. Schools, business firms, the manufacturing industries, merchant ships, the military services, the police, the fire-brigade - ALL OF these are composed of bosses and subordinates who function NOT as a democracy but as mini-Fascist states where you do what you're told - and you don't answer back.

What YOU need is a few years in the workplace to understand how the system works, and to realise that just about every occupation works along lines that very much approximate a fascist state.
