A leader has to be grounded and have emotional mastery.
You have neither.

Its very hard for a woman to have these things and i am always a bit suspect of a woman who wants to enter a leadership position.

masculine energy is all about "penetrating " the world and imposing your will on the world.

And that is what leadership is all about.

Tribes, villages, communities, families have been led by males since time began.

This is not me being "Ra Ra Men".

I'd rather make the woman number 1 so i could just sit back and cruise.
But ive done that in relationships and ive done that in business and the results are brutal.
Woman dont respect a man who puts them first and women become emotional when men put them in charge of anything.
Women can play a "best supporting actress" role but anything above that ends badly.
And it ends badly MORE for the woman then for the man who didnt step up.
There is a deep resentment that women develop when they have to deal with men who will not "man up" and "lead".

This is why you are so bratty and so reactive Marla.
You have a deep resentment for the beta males who surround you who wont draw a boundary and put you in your place .
