Get out your swastika, Greg. This theory that diet has nothing to do with obesity is, "Very interrrestink . . . but stupid." There were no fat inmates in Belsen.

Also, I don't remember any depictions from colonial times, that showed fat Aborigines.

Indeed Gordy.

I mean just by "LOOKING AT HER" one can state quite emphatically that she's NOT morbidly obese.

Seriously....silly comments like ^^^^^ make you wonder. Shocked

At least she's accepted she's morbidly obese and wants to do something about it.  Best of luck to her

Fair comment.

She has indeed acknowledged her morbidly obese health issues as diagnosed by her medical practitioner....and she's determined to make lifestyle changes.

Thank God she's not in denial about her morbid obesity.

Do you find it interesting that Mothra's main point of argument was that things other than over eating cause weight gain?

Typical lefty notion of avoiding personal responsibility.
Of course there are factors, but when you notice excessive weight  gain you react and do something about it.

The first client I saw after the holidays is an old mate I've surfed with lots of times. He fat shamed me and said, how was your Xmas break, did you spend your entire holiday in the good paddock?

I reckon I gained about 5kgs over the break thru being lazy, being home too much and snacking.

Anyway, back to the old routine.

Today:

630AM
30mins of stretching and a kettlebell workout
Breakfast: Porridge and an espresso

930AM
Take firstborn to school then 1 hour brisk walk that included  4 x 30sec HIT stair climb

Lunch: one can of red beans with a tomato and cucumber and another espresso

320PM
Pick up firstborn and take her to swim squads, did 15 laps.

Dinner
Nepolitana pasta sauce with 1/2 cup of cooked pasta and some chick peas and 1/2 a bunch of kale

After dinner snack...ask me tomorrow.

Thank god she has a competent GP who could correctly diagnose her morbid obesity.

I'm in Manly on the weekend, Gordy.

Wanna catch up for a coffee wine whiskey?
