Ended most? He gave the Taliban a withdrawal date and left it to Sleepy Joe, you silly old thing.

He abandoned the Kurds in Iraq because he likes Erdogan. He tried sending troops to seize oil wells in Syria, to be told by his staff it was illegal, so send them over to Saudi Arabia instead to save face.

The only reason he didn't start any new wars in his first time is he was too incompetent to know how it all worked and never bothered trying to learn.

This time.
