Nurses at Sydney hospital walk out over 'dangerous' conditions
By Mark Saunokonoko • Senior Journalist

"Dozens of nurses and staff who had just finished a busy night shift assembled outside Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital, calling on Health Minister Brad Hazzard to fix a "broken" system buckling under the twin pressures of COVID-19 and influenza."
"Staffing is absolutely horrendous (and) nurses are leaving the profession in droves."
https://www.9news.com.au/national/hornsby-ku-ring-gai-hospital-nurses-walk-out-o... Yep. And yet Victoria's issues are worse than this! Far worse!
It's truly tragic
A nurse in my family was telling me
They have a 210 kg diabetic
With leg ulcers
Who poos and pees the bed several times a day
This is totally self-inflicted
And this individual is expecting
3 or 4 highly qualified registered nurses
To treat this overgrown infant
It must be demoralise ing to enter the health sector
And have to deal with such ridiculous nonsense
I do believe I would leave to
That's because YOUR POLITICAL/GOVERNMENT excuse for a HEALTH System is SUBORDINATE to the whims of such things as Politics and other industries and social constructs.
It is also 'culturally' FEMINISED as a female bastion (in the West like UK, USA also) - and thus all the 'WEAK-VICTIMHOOD' behaviours come out instead.
In other countries, like Cuba, New Zealand, Botswana, Mongolia and many others. Their Health Systems never play the 'victim' against Violence. That is why they are a 'success' to their countries and for the people at large.
Their Medical philosophy starts with improving the population's health right from the very start, not just saving them from the poor health they allowed them to acquire in the first place.
Your Health System is run by Politicians, not Doctors.
You get a Private system that offers less, while charging more and a Public system that hasn't the 'balls and discipline' to fight for itself and 'Health' as a priority beyond Unionised Protests for the 'Workers' getting more pocket money.
