He never said anything about Pizzagate that supports any of your claims.  He did mention it yes, but again, I can't believe this needs explaining further, in the context of raising awareness within the community of the vulnerability of children and getting more people on board to help protect them as some of the weaker members of our society who need our help.

If anything it was as admission that, while pizzagate was a complete and total fabrication, some good has come from it with community awareness to the issue etc.
