The investgation was to be centred around Oswald's last known address. I don't get it either.

There are 15% of americans who dont believe in the moon landings. 2% believe the world is flat and a full 25% of them cannot find their own country on a map. Why would the opinions of people like that be worth anything at all other than to laugh at?
