How to ensure company tax breaks are used well

By well, I mean responsibly.

Business state that they need tax breaks to employ more people and that they will employ more.

OK, lets explore this.
We give them the tax cuts, but, they have to increase their workforce by the same percentage of tax cuts they get.
5% means a 5% increase in employees, 10% means a 10% increase in employees.

No increase in employees, the tax must be repaid at a higher rate.

Banks in particular are going off shore with their workers.
Now about 50% of bank workers are off shore working for a small percentage of what an Australian ius getting.
Result MASSIVE profits.
Well they have to double the percentage increase of workers as they get in tax breaks, bring some of the farmed off work back to Australia, after all that's where it is all coming from.

When industry proves they are responsible and increase the number of workers, they can get tax cuts.
But while they continue to cut workers, cut wages and increase profits and not give back.

SCREW THEM

Hang ten CEOs a week until the rest get the message?  Cool
