The ratbags who call themselves Islamic State are very likely to claim any atrocity which gets media attention, as well as the ones they are actually responsible for. But it doesn't really matter what gang of cutthroats claim such things. What does matter is why they do it, and to suggest that it is not the Koran's instruction to the faithful, is an apology of the worst kind: Cowardice.

If the Koran was never written, these killers would all be law-abiding, peace-loving, fine upstanding citizens.
