There is a growing and now chronic inability to differentiate between lies and mistakes. The polling was incorrect, but that's hardly new, but also these same buffoons claim any error of fact or mistake in the MSM is somehow 'fake news'. In the meantime of course, everything Trump says and does is considered truth even when provable wrong and often, just bald-faced lies.
