Agnes, if it's okay with you, I'll talk to cods as she is making at least some sense.

Quote:
he is pointing some very nasty weapons though.. in one or two cases he is firing them....he also has them on submarines..

His submarines can't do anything missile like.  They are torpedo shooting rusted relics.  He has fired off some rocket crackers which have landed (by deliberate intent) in the sea off the Coast of Japan.

Quote:
what purpose is that for do you think?

He has weapons of all kinds.  He is allowed to just like we are.

Quote:
as far as I know no one is invading him!..

Correct.  All we have is a USA Fleet of naval warships including an aircraft carrier within striking distance of North Korea, but, you are quite right...no-one is invading him.

Quote:
the other countries you mention have signed a pact...one has them only to use if they are attacked...

Really.  Can you tell me what Countrys Indian and Pakistan have signed a pact with?

Quote:
NK doesnt belong to anything......so he can! as you say do as he pleases..

Correct and we have to just suck it up unless we intend to invade North Korea pre-emptively and/or initiate other military action against him....and if we do.....don't bitch when he fights back with everything he's got, including allies.

Quote:
why is he firing nuclear rockets???????.....

That term is very loose, so I'll answer it loosely.  He isn't.

We're on, what, North Korea nuke test number 6?

It's pretty clear the US doesn't get to tell them they can't continue.

What about North Korean civilians being 'hurt' Agnes?  Don't you care about them, as well?

Last I looked this country was the antagonist... ask Kim Jong Un ! The civilians are at the mercy of this small diicked ameoba.. no one can help them.

Okay....kill them.

  You are being ridiculous.

So lets get serious here.?
What would you do to prevent Nth Koreans from being killed in this conflict Aussie...you want to attack me for it lets see your solution for saving the Nth Koreans?

Dont just shoot your mouth off all the time..speak up..your solution???

Simple.  Back of Trump.  North Korea is a sovereign state, and is entitled to have big boy toys just like the USA, Russia, China, France, the UK, India and Pakistan.
Ah, yes. And then peace in our time.

Quote:
North Korea isn't invading anyone.

North Korea routinely invades other countries and kidnaps their citizens. Recently they assassinated their leaders brother in Malaysia.

And Trump isnt bluffing imo. If Kim Jong Un fires another atomic warhead test then look forward to that particular facility being blasted. N Korea is hopelessly outclassed in all ways.

So all the dismissals about Trump during the campaign by his supporters when it came to him wanting to use Nukes, wanting more Nukes not disarmament and that Hillary would be the one to take us to war, do we get any apologies from his supporters yet?

Well Kim Jong's first attempt to fire a missile has proved a fizzer

The missile a bit like Jong Yoong's appendage has failed to function

Round 1 to the U.S.

What you get Sad is a President who is willing to stand up to the biggest bully in the world. It's about time the U.S. grew a set of balls after that cataclysmic failure and major soft cock Obama

I seriously doubt it was a misfire as much as the US Navy jammed it.

You think Trump is being "strong" haha...

At least Obama's actions were smart, Trump's actions are more like those taken by someone with a soft-cock trying to over compensate.

I have no issue with standing up to the likes of Assad or NK, but at least be smart about it.

The only reason Trump is taking the actions he has is because he's desperate.  But the idiot played his "Trump Card" way too soon.  Less than 100 days from taking office...

When his polling starts taking a dive after this initial bump us (with people like you acting like it's "us vs them", "you're either with us or against us" attitude) he either needs to rely on good policy and a competent execution and implantation of said policy, or go to actual war and keep escalating things to get more support back home.

Good luck with that.

Yes, we have a maniacal dictator displaying sociopathic tendencies, whilst sporting one of the most ridiculous haircuts you're ever likely to see, being reckless with nuclear arms and threatening sovereign nations with pre-emptive strikes.

Then, of course, we have Kim Jong-un to worry about as well.

I feel for the people of Soul. They're the ones most likely to pay for the ego of two maniacal sociopaths.

So do I.

North Korea and their protection by China is a problem.  But dealing with that problem in a way that South Korea becomes colateral damage is just stupid.

This is the path Trump is heading down.

He thinks a show of force will intimidate NK?  It's what their leadership want.  An excuse to "defend" themselves.

International Diplomacy was always going to be another in a long list of weaknesses in this administration, but he's skipped that part and gone to the last resort option, first.

It's not smart, it's not strong and it's not brave.  He's standing up to nobody, he's just causing conflict to get more support at home.

If it has a good outcome at the end of the day then I'll give credit where it's due, but he's treading world leaders and their armed forces like he would some suit in a business transactions.  A puffy chested show of force which is nothing but a bluff from a position of power.

And the NK leadership are equally as deluded as Trump and out of any engagement he has going, they're deranged enough to call his bluff.  Then he'll be committed and will double down, because you know, he can't show weakness and then it's on.

His "strategy" is as transparent as glass, and certainly he but it seems also those advising him aren't smart enough to deal with the likely results of his actions.

Agreed.

More innocent people will lose their lives because of two maniacal, sociopathic dictators involved in nothing more than a 'biggest dick' contest.
