Justice is Comin...
What many in here pretend not to know is justice is already being served.
Trump so far doesn't seem to be in a lot of trouble but those he has been closest to are.
Michael Flynn, Rick Gates and George Papadopolis have all pleaded guilty to making false statements and then also Rick gates, he pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy.
Also keep in mind that Paul Manafort, Trump's campaign chair is facing two separate indictments one in DC about conspiracy money laundering, false statements and failure to disclose foreign assets and one in Virginia about tax financial and bank fraud charges.
Justice isn't coming, it's being already happening.
This is why there are so many threads away from Trump and on to Clinton or Obama.
I'm waiting for the thread criticising the Obamas for their Netflix deal claiming they've sold out etc.
Give it up Sad.
The deep state is being exposed along with their propaganda agents. The whole criminal cabal is crumbling. This is why many are losing their collective minds. From dreams of massive wealth and power to a jail cell - of course they hate Trump.
Most of us think that this is fantastic news. Its decades overdue - so why are you still trying to prop up the whole rotten stinking swamp? You're happy that the mob runs America?
Cognitive dissonance perhaps?
That's how I would describe it. You've been presented with some evidence of what Mueller's Investigation has already resulted in, yet you still want to talk about your Deep State conspiracy and refuse to acknowledge all the other ties to Russia within the Trump camp.
Cognitive dissonance sums it up pretty well,
Quote:Cognitive dissonance refers to a situation involving conflicting attitudes, beliefs or behaviors. This produces a feeling of discomfort leading to an alteration in one of the attitudes, beliefs or behaviors to reduce the discomfort and restore balance, etc.
For example, when people smoke (behavior) and they know that smoking causes cancer (cognition), they are in a state of cognitive dissonance.
Rather than you or any of the other Trump supporters here admitting to the actual documented facts like those above, you cling to a fabricated and unsupported version of events.
I get it.
And the idea of a deep state does seem plausible, especially when we're talking about war. The Industrial Military Complex have been advocating for war for decades. There has been a shift in policy with Iran with the pulling out of the anti-nuclear agreement and when it comes to North Korea, the National-Security Adviser John Bolton called for North Korea to follow the Libyan model of nuclear disarmament which is putting the talks at jeapordy which again leads away from diplomacy and towards a military solution.
BUT, these aren't Deep State operatives but Trump appointees taking these moves.
Again we're back to the reality, one you and those like you choose to ignore, that Trump is adding to the swamp, not draining it.
Clinton was meant to be the warmonger but Trump keeps appointing people who are taking steps away from diplomacy and towards military action, and Trump, more concerned with his ego than anything else, has to pretend to be the strongman throughout only hastening and end to diplomacy.
I would suggest, like I do, that you get your news from a wide ranging set of sources. Don't rely on Facebook or the right-wing extremists on here. Don't rely on Fox News, you need a broad approach to come close to being informed. As yes, like when I use Fox news to get a "balance" to some of the sources I consume, you should find some on the left too.
But please, PLEASE, learn the difference between opinion and facts.
Fox may present some facts, but they always spin anything that is not favourable to the President, if they even report on it at all, into something positive by weighing down the story with their opinion.
This is why a wide ranging source is important.
Sometimes I think some of the Trump supporters aren't falling victim to cognitive dissonance because they're just that uninformed they only consume the information they like so don't hole any, even subconscious, conflicting views.
