Australia does not have a provision for "war powers" in it's Constitution in the way you are using the term, Bobby. If you have evidence to the contrary, produce it, with a link. Until them, you're just pissing into the wind, as per normal. Roll Eyes

We are not in a "war" on anything, Bobby. Our Government has not declared war on anybody. It has chosen to take part in a conflict which even the main protagnonist, the USA has not declared a war on anybody. The "war on Terror" is purely a publicity event, the same as the "war on drugs" or the "war on poverty" have proven to be.

Now, until you address Section 116, your entire claim is simply the normal sort of bullshit that you put up when your trolling is pressed for evidence. The Australian Constitution determines the powers of the Australian Government and in Section 116 it declares:

I somehow doubt that the Churches/Synagogues/Mosques/Temples/etc. are going to preach anything except a "no" vote to your proposal from their pulpits/lecterns.
