And you still haven't explained why women are underrepresented in the upper echelons of business.

Or politics, for that matter.
Because when you belong to a class that enforces rules there's nobody above you to enforce rules on you. So they remain unchanged over centuries. The elite class is not a reflection of what is happening in mainstream society. But in saying that more woman are appearing in big business and politics so it seems even this class may be changing.

Of course it's a reflection on what is happening in mainstream society! You thin business and politics is not part of mainstream society?

For real?

Where do you think the people that work in business and politics come from, Hammer?
The world of privilege  and power isn't apart of my world Mothra. In fact it isn't mainstream at all. Most people battle along.

Yes. Many of them working for businesses.

But we've already established that male teachers and nurses are desired.
Male nursers aren't desired. Teachers probably.

They most certainly are. It's just that there is a shortage.
why would male nurses be desired?

Because they can lift patients more easily.
Grin Grin Grin Grin They don't lift patients. That's a workplace safety issue. They use machines for that. Grin Grin Grin You have no idea.

Where did you think they were going?

machines get people in and out of bed. you need to go and check the stats. Nursing is dominated by woman. As are teaching and childcare.  Roll Eyes

My father was just in hospital for 2 weeks. Persistent dizziness. There were no machines in his room to help him get to the toilet or change his sheets. The nurses did that.

thanks.

This is the support men should give men.
Then it would be apparent how good we are.

It is when men bicker with other men that we damage our image moreso.

As you noted, Aquascoot make very good posts.
Indeed he does.
