WA libtards to get pineapple

PREMIER Mark McGowan has launched his much touted commission of inquiry into spending on a suite of projects started by the previous Barnett Government.

The inquiry, to be headed up by former Under Treasurer John Langoulant, will investigate 26 projects commissioned by the former government, including Elizabeth Quay and public housing in the Pilbara.

Mr McGowan said taxpayers had a right to know where the money went.

“The Liberals and Nationals refused to answer simple questions about how taxpayers’ money was being spent. They oversaw massive cost blowouts on projects like the Muja power station and the Serco contract at Fiona Stanley Hospital,” he said.

“We need to get to the bottom of these deals and the Commission of Inquiry will answer these questions.

“It will bring a high level of scrutiny, transparency and accountability to a series of decisions and projects of the former government.”

The inquiry will report before the end of October and is expected to cost $1.5 million.

Fairly meaningless really as do nothing Labor "govts" frequently launch inquiry after inquiry until there needs to be an inquiry into the inquiries.

Basically it is an excuse to do nothing. Gillard did it and Qld's Anny Pally does it.

Essentially the imposter WA Laborious "govt" is trying to look for an excuse to blame the Libs for the mining downturn as they now have no money coming in and WA is heading towards becoming the Poverty State.

The imposter Labor "govt" is slowly realizing they grabbed a poisoned chalice which the Libs were glad to hand over.

Now the Libs will wait while the imposter Labor "govt" stuffs everything up and WA will beg the Libs to take over and try to clean up the unholy mess. And Labor will get blamed for everything.

You will know things are getting really grim if the WA Labor starts following SA Labor down the road to ruin and starts installing 1000's of useless Greenie windymills and blackouts the state.

And you can imagine how crook things are over there as WA is the meth capital of Australia.

But Barnett was exceptionally wasteful so there really is a need for an enquiry. Rudd really should have called one into Howard’s reckless spending.

But MM the real purpose of the imposter Labor doing an inquiry is to try to blame the Libs for everything when it was the mining downturn that pulled the rug from under WA.

Now the imposter Labor "govt" has no money to do anything so they are trying to blame someone anyone even China.

Maybe they should open up a coal mine and sell to India like Qld is doing to earn some money ?

Perhaps they could steal the spent nuclear dump idea from SA ?

Now if the Libs were spending the mining boom income on infrastructure then that is good govt ?

WA is heading towards becoming the Poverty State.

If you had a brain you would know much was wrong in the “boom state.”

Utilities charges rose 700% in not many years at all. Barnett subsidised the bloody miners, why? Then all the vanity projects, mismanagement etc.
