I no U R the prize fighter for the Lefties team but it was Labor that created the problem in the first place.

And if Labor ever got back in they would have the leaky boats crammed to the rafters with illegals started again within days.

And SHY would be re-appointed as Commander in Chief of the Indonesian Illegals Smugglers.

Members of Malcolm Turnbull's cabinet have rushed to the defence of their ministerial colleagues over remarks about the judiciary that have landed them in court and facing possible contempt charges.

Environment Minister Greg Hunt, Human Services Minister Alan Tudge and Assistant Treasurer Michael Sukkar have been ordered to front the Victorian Supreme Court on Friday to explain "why they should not be referred for prosecution for contempt".

The ministers will not attend the Victorian Supreme Court on Friday, but will be represented by Commonwealth Solicitor-General Stephen Donaghue, for whom taxpayers will foot the bill.

Now she needs to do something with her ARMS ... they are getting to look like she is "elderly".

She is almost 60 ... 5 years to go and she IS "elderly" (regardless what the rest of you old buggers think) ... 65 IS elderly and way beyond just being a grumpy old man.

Someone with more experience in law may be able to correct me but, don't those that LOSE cases particularly if they are the ones bringing the case to court have to pay the other parties costs??

Isn't Dutton's excuse for settling that he & the subcontractors have done nothing wrong?

No crime, no conviction & fees paid Peter, your excuse holds no water & the reason you settled is you do not want Australians to know what is being done in their name, because to use 1 of your favourite terms
