There is much more to being a Gmod than being able to read an IP - a committed troll has any number of ways means and tools at his/her disposal with which to fool mods/admin when signing up- some methods are pretty elaborate so who could be bothered tbh- so if you are just relying on what your panel is telling you then you are at a severe disadvantage in the effort to weed them out- the most important tell is knowledge of the locals and I have picked out IQ quite a few times as has others who know these characters over a number of years- even though he is perm banned- he is still posting here but he is behaving so I dont care anymore

We cannot expect a Gmod to do anymore than his very best and most of them here are pretty good

You understand the internet and IP routing about as well as Aussie. It's got nothing to do with being a gmod. It has more to do with that has been my work for over 20 years.
