Gee - I start a POLL last night and have to catch up nearly 15 pages tonight!

The reason why I started this POLL (topic) was because of the very valid reason as to 'why'>?

Having been 'BANNED FOR YEARS!' myself.
I was not given a 'reason' as to why my Ban was done?
The most I could 'guess' at was that when my 'Friendship' with FreeDumb went sour, someone stepped in for her (by request?) and got me booted. Yep - FreeDumb and I never had a chance to 'kiss and make-up' etc.

So, I was curious with Aussie's Ban as to 'why' - he was Banned.

Going from what I've read.
I think it is a very valid point that a 'reason' must be given as to why a Ban is put in place.
It doesn't have to be 'detailed', it just has to give a 'reason'.

If it was because Aussie called someone a **** for the 3rd time (x3 strikes) in a night.
Fine.
It's as simple as that.

People should not be banned because of a 'whim', because if there is no 'reason' - then it really does come across as being done out of 'whim' and that is very 'unfair'.

Many years have softened the blow when I was banned and I care not

NOW

for the reason I was banned.

But in Aussie's case - yes, I wish to know 'why' he was banned.
If he deserved it and there was good reason to ban him.
Then I applaud the Moderation of this Forum.
I like Aussie, but if he is gonna steal some cake before the Party has started - then off to the Outhouse he goes until the Party is over.
