Explanation for my ban.

I have been given permission by Vic to post this PM exchange concerning my Ban:

I do not know of the actual time the ban was imposed but it would have been after 10.00 pm on Tuesday the 4th July, and before 11.00 am on Wednesday the 5th July.

The ban was lifted around 6.00 pm Thursday the 6th July……so it was an unusual period, and I am unsure if it expired through effluxion of time or was brought to an early end.

I received this PM from Vic (who obviously imposed the ban.)

No, you are 100% wrong. Super Nova brought his Family in by telling us all that he was bowing out of Admin at PA and also posting here because he was worried that doing so would compromise the safety of his Family.

Yet, despite that, he has posted there and here.

You are Sewer partisan.

A couple of things arise.

There is no Rule about reference to family. Further, the reference I did make was in relevant non abusive context as is explained in that PM exchange.

Well, don't make any personal disclosures on a public Board very closely associated with, and promoted on this one, if you don't want people to query the bona fides of them, which is all I did. There was no attack by me on your Family, at all, as you well know.

Hey ars*hole. I don't make the rules here. I don't complain about the moderators. I didn't complain to the moderators. I just left it. You can say what you like. I have no issue. It still shows you are an ars*hole tho.

If I post something in public it is fair game. But you aussie appear to have breached a protocol here. Tough titties.

I am well aware of the Rule and am fastidious about compliance with it. I did comply with it, but Vic has now established a precedent which ultimately will be an albatross around his neck. It is a Pandora's box opened and, soon enough, he will be inundated with on-going requests for a ban based on this very bad precedent.
