Someone said we could not judge a person's Aboriginality on their skin colour.  Why isn't that applied in the matter of Pascoe?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

What people don't understand is that Indonesia is a nation state.  Anything that threatens the rule of that state is not popular with the existing government.    Roll Eyes

Well this is a laugh.
The Indonesian Government doesn't even have enough power over 'gangs' and 'pirates' in their country.
Moslems are Moslems and they would never bow down to Politicians or Politics over Allah.

The fact that Borneans & Balinese have cemented their 'alliance' against Moslem extremists shows that the 'Govt' has no real power against the Moslem 'hitmen'.
Ironic considering the Govt - full of Moslems, pushed Moslem bullying of other 'non-moslem' peoples in Indonesia.

Phillipines, Borneans, Balinese, Timorese, and the rest of Melanesia & Micronesia are setting their sites as a concentrated effort when the push comes to shove.
This is what is got the Indonesian Government scared and its trying to save face - but it will never dominate its own Moslem people ...and ALLAH.

Just ask Indonesians  Wink

I know, I didn't understand it either. But I'm curious, Rhino. You are an avowed racist with a hatred of all things Muselman, but you appear to have an interest - and a soft spot if I may - for the Indonesian people.

Would you care to tell us some of your experience in this country?

We're listening, Rhino.

Nothing I have posted indicates this and indeed it is not the case. My dislike is for the Middle Eastern cultures and by default the religion they use to perpetrate their abhorrent practises.

Yes - this is a common trait of the Indo Govt.
To wash their hands of what the extremists do (in Borneo & Bali for example) while they just turn a blind eye.
Over the table they condemn the Extremists,
but under the table they 'fund' them.
Just like the USA did with Pinochet in Chile and others.
