Maybe Aussie overheard his news from a passager speaking on a mobile?

Aussie doesn't trust Auntie ABC.

I believe whatever is contained in relevant Legislation.  Anyone got a link to it?

I used to work for ABC. I trust them and they rarely get their facts wrong but they place emphasis on things they want to promote.

ABC = UK
SBS = Europe

Commercial Stations (10, 9, 7, etc) = the United States (and there's 50 of them!)

They are not charged.  I don't even know what they were arrested for, does anyone?

Aussie should stick to cases involving squashed cane toads.

The ABC understands the alleged cell was capable of making an improvised explosive device, and police have found materials and items that could be used to make a homemade bomb.

The ABC do rarely do get their facts wrong, and never do so intentionally, ABC radio is theatre of the mind and their presenters are top notch.

Australian Federal Police (AFP), ASIO and New South Wales Police conducted operations in the inner-city suburb of Surry Hills, and the south-west suburbs of Lakemba, Wiley Park and Punchbowl.

The AFP said four men had been taken into custody.
