I've given you the proof, red.

Plus:

"The Port Arthur massacre of 28–29 April 1996 was a massacre in which 35 people were killed and 23 wounded.

"It occurred mainly at the historic Port Arthur former prison colony,a popular tourist site in south-eastern Tasmania, Australia.

"It was the deadliest mass shooting in Australian history, and amongst the most notable in history."

Are you going to stop telling lies now, Mr Baron?

The above words belong to you Gregg Post#412 on this thread now those words don't refer to Santa Claus do they Cheesy

No, they refer to Martin Bryant.

The worst mass murderer we've seen.

Where did I call him a terrorist?

You still haven't come up with anything.

Are you really that thick Gregg, you're like a needle stuck in an old wax record...

How about you re read this Gregg because it clearly states what a terrorist act is and the circumstances surrounding them:

Terrorist act offences
and how they apply
Australia’s terrorist act offences are contained in
the Criminal Code Act 1995.

What is a terrorist act?

A ‘terrorist act’ is an act, or a threat to commit
an act, that is done with the intention to coerce
or influence the public or any government by
intimidation to advance a political, religious or
ideological cause, and the act causes:
 death, serious harm or endangers a person
 serious damage to property
 a serious risk to the health or safety of the
public, or
 seriously interferes with, disrupts or
destroys critical infrastructure such as a
telecommunications or electricity network.
A terrorist act does not cover engaging in advocacy,
protest, dissent or industrial action where a person
does not have the intention to urge force or violence
or cause harm to others.
If found guilty of committing a terrorist act, a
person could face up to life imprisonment.
What is a terrorist act offence?
The terrorist act offences mean it is an offence to:
 commit a terrorist act
 plan or prepare for a terrorist act
 finance terrorism or a terrorist
 provide or receive training connected with
terrorist acts
 possess things connected with terrorist acts, or
 collect or make documents likely to facilitate
terrorist acts.
A person may be convicted of a terrorist act
offence if the person intends to commit one of
these offences or if the person was reckless as
to whether his or her actions would amount to a
terrorist act.
For example, a person may be found guilty of a
terrorist act offence where the person intentionally
prepared or planned the commission of a
terrorist act but did not actually commit the
terrorist act themselves.
A person may still commit a terrorist act offence
even though a terrorist act did not occur.
What does it mean to have an intention
to do something or to be reckless about
something?
A person has intention with respect to conduct if he
or she means to engage in that conduct. A person
has intention with respect to a circumstance if he
or she believes that it exists or will exist. A person
has intention with respect to a result if he or she
means to bring it about or is aware that it will occur
in the ordinary course of events.
A person is reckless with respect to a result or a
circumstance if the person is aware of a substantial
risk that the result or circumstance will exist and
having regard to the circumstances known to the
person, it is unjustifiable to take the risk.

Yes.

And the vast majority of terrorist attacks in Australia have been carried out by non-Muslims.

You seem reluctant to accept this fact.

Why is that?

Because it is a misleading furphy.

How many non-Muslim terrorist attacks have been in the last 20 years and how many have been nabbed? 0.

How many Muslim terrorist attacks and thwarted terrorist attacks? Two dozen? Three?

It's a fact.

A cold, hard fact.

The majority of terrorist attacks in Australia have been carried out by non-Muslims.

There's no way of getting around that.

You can't just change history to suit your Islamophobic agenda.

Greggy,
Why are you trying to make light of muslim terrorists
who have had their plots foiled by our courageous security services?

I don't trust the (criminal coalition) government, Booby.

I think these guys had plastic swords, if you get my drift.

Malcolm's numbers should jump in the polls though, and that's all that matters.

The way in which you have worded your post #412 appears to link that event as a terrorist event

You can't have it both ways Gregg

Either talk about Terrorism or talk about Mass Murderers...but please don't shove them in the same drum of washing

I would never be with you (despite the lovely PMs), and I would most certainly never be with any terrorists, no matter what religion they may or may not follow.

You see Booby, I condemn the actions of all terrorists where you, red, Valkie, et al. continually make excuses for non-Muslim terrorists.

You'll have to live with that, I guess.
