There is no time limit.

There are no land boundaries / borders.

The qur'an is pure hate speech directed against unbelievers today 2017.

I'd say it most probably is in breech of 18c.

Not sure what is so complicated about it Gandalf. A religion is something you believe in. Race is something you are born with.
