Leaders are made leaders not for the glory or the trappings but to put in the hard yards and to "grind it out" to maintain a functional order.

Those world leaders should have acted decades ago before this runt got strong and uppitty.

now a new stallion is in charge and he is in the unfortunate position of having to try to re-establish the correct order of the natural world.

but a stallion who just threatens and doesnt act is not helpful.

if the stallion goes after the runt and rears up and shows his teeth but doesnt follow thru with action, he is merely emboldening the runt even further.

i'd hate to be in that stallions shoes.

there could be a lot of pasture destruction due to the inaction and feminine supplication of the last 30 years of beta male leadership in the west

By 'lucky bite of kick' you of course mean: "start another war that would displease the forever harangued American people", of course.
