I understand if you pay peanuts you get monkeys, but we're paying a fortune and still getting monkeys (who every-so-often delight in throwing their poo at us!). Is this the best the govt can come up with?? Retirees down-size, you are to blame, all will then be fixed with the high housing costs??

Dammit, I want a freakin refund.

Drink, go to work, watch tv,... not necessarily in that order.
