(CNN)US-backed forces in Raqqa said Tuesday that major military operations against ISIS had ended as they worked to clear out the remnants of sleeper cells and mines in the ruins of the Syrian city.
American officials have not yet formally announced that the fight is won, but the developments mark a significant moment for the war on ISIS -- and perhaps, in real tangible, conventional military terms, its end.

Blooby, the clueless dumbass as always. Trump won no war, dipshit. In fact, if the fighting in Iraq spreads, Iran faces the immediate prospect of being dragged into the conflict. Already, substantial numbers of Iranian military personnel, including members of the Revolutionary Guards, have been embedded in the Iraqi military to strengthen it in its operations against ISIS, a fact which was reportedly important in preventing Trump from designating the IRGC as a “terrorist organization” in the first place.

if you were well-informed or even had half a brain, you would know that Trump has actually changed nothing in the 5 year old war on ISIS. The military is actually operating on instructions and ROE from Obama and the rest of the Allies.

So if you want to thank anyone, thank Obama.

Like with everythign else, Trump has done NOTHING.

Once trump was voted in, putin could get involved effectively. Now isis are vanquished
