But when one applies the appropriate legal standards, it is clear that plaintiffs have not alleged sufficient facts to rebut the presumption that Secretary Clinton was acting in her official capacity when she used her private email server.”

It is indeed a glorious day, the first of many. Tax evasion and money laundering... the crimes typically used to imprison people for otheer serious crimes that are more difficult to prove.

the russia collusion investigation is only just getting started.

yes. The worry for Trump has always been less about the major names often mentioned, but the lesser ones who still know all the dirt but have avoided pubic scrutiny. Once Mueller gets a hold of them, trump is toast.

I do enjoy watching FoxNews and the other trumptards yell triumphantly that there are no collusion charges yet, while ignoring the fact that Mueller is circling the wagons on these people and giving them the chance to squeal first, before he comes knocking on the door with handcuffs.

Manafort will get a relatively light sentence and other will know that he got it because he turned on Trump. That will show the rest of the crew, that turning on Trump is well-rewarded.

The end has begun.
