cultural hypnosis has most people very very confused about what humans are meant to eat.

high fructose corn syrup and cheezels are not an appropriate diet.

the most basic function that even a bloody bacteria that evolved a billion years ago is to "eat".

and yet, in the last few generations we have seen people (in their usual durrr state) just feeding themselves stuff which is literally killing them.

how bizarre, yet how typical of fat steve and fat janeen.

if you eat mediocre food, i can GAURANTEE you will have mediocre thought loops.

you eat crap, you wont be able to think with clarity.

if it didnt grow in the ground, grow on a tree, walk around in nature or swim in the sea, dont frigging touch it.

if you want to pleasure yourself with sugar and fat, i will GAURANTEE you pleasure yourself with BS on the net and on tv, with alcohol or drugs or caffiene , with porn, with petty gossip and unmastered emotions.

food, exercise and self discipline are the basis of success.

dont ignore the basics.

therefore, foods that are overated ?

anything in a tin or a packet or made by arnotts, cadburys. mccains, coca cola, streets, kelloggs, kfc, pizza hut, macdonalds, baskin and robins, red bull, fosters, castlemaine perkins, johhnie walker or smirnoff

I believe only the most observant don't eat prawns.

Here's a funny story for you. One my daughters friends father told us how he's been finding the wrappers of Hurricans Pork ribs in his bin a few times a week and he couldn't figure it out. Turns out it was his neighbour and the husband is not as observant as he wife and he's been sneaking some porky goodness and disposing of the evidence in their bin.

Does this sort of thing happen in your neck of the woods or is that a Muslim death penalty thing?

I love baby-Occys on a stick.
Yummy.
I love having them at Festivals and walk around with a tentacle wiggling from my mouth to the squirm of passer-byers.  Grin

Balmain Bugs, Crabs, Scampy and Crayfish are over-rated.
Pay a hell of a lot of $$ for very little meat.

Curry food is over-rated. Eat a lot of it and within the hour it's flushed out again. No time to extract any nutritional value for my system.  Tongue
(it explains why there is a lot of Turd to be found in Harris Park and not a dog to be seen)

I have to admit I never check my bins...I open the lid and whack her in...eyes closed  if possible...

a friend told me one her uncle told her that when you buy a cucumber you take a knife and peel it then you slice it up then you throw it in the bin.. he reckons he was poisoned by cucumbers once..... as if..the Queen wouldnt like it if she heard that
