It seems so improbable that I'm wondering if this decision somehow sheets back to halal butchery with its throat-slitting.

Is this yet another concession to the Muslim foreigners who have been setting up camp in Britain as colonists from the Middle East over the past few decades?

Nothing else explains it.

Another exercise in vote-winning appeasement.

Okay, so Cods, Gordy and AiA think it's okay to whatever you want to animals. That there is no such thing as animal abuse.

How can you abuse something that isn't sentient?

Now, do you know what is known about people who think it's okay to abuse animals? Or should i tell you?

Cods, Gordy and AiA don't think so.

They don;t think animals can feel pain or have emotions.

Do you know what that classifies them as?

Sadistic psychopathic serial killers who keep heads in their fridge and other body-parts in garbage bags in their wardrobes.

Freediver should be notified with a view to having these monsters removed from the board.

These days, it's more commonly referred to as Anti-social Personality Disorder .. but yes indeed, that's them.

There are of course, other signs.

MPs have voted to reject the inclusion of animal sentience – the admission that animals feel emotion and pain – into the EU Withdrawal Bill.

What an idiotic proposal. What does the debate over animal sentience have to do with the EU withdrawal?

We had this discussion about prawns recently, and Mothra was not even willing to say whether she thought they felt pain. And that's a long way from emotion. She seemed to be under the delusion that pain helps prawns evade predation, though she could not explain how the prawn evades predation after it gets to the stage when they are feeling pain as they are being eaten. If I recall correctly, only one person (Aussie?) was willing to say they felt pain, though he could not explain his reasoning.

I['ll happily tell you whether or not prawns feel pain FD, as i have said all along, after you tell me why on earth you would think they wouldn't.

But you have this thing about answering questions, don't you.

Do jellyfish feel pain?

"Anti-Social Personality Disorder' is the Far Left PC version of saying they're psychopaths.

It's like the Far Left PC version of the word 'rape' which they like to dampen down as 'sexual assault' ~ a term that can mean anything from a teacher putting his hands on a schoolgirl's shoulders just for a moment to show approval for something she's done well, to full-on anal intercourse as rape.
