How is it trolling to try to raise awareness about animals being considered by law not to feel pain or emotions?

I would say the trolling has come from Cods, Gordon and AiA, yes?

Because FD uses them as live bait, Mother, that's why.

Do prawns feel pain? You keep avoiding this question.

I don't know whether prawns or jellyfish feel pain. It's a rough ocean for them if they do.

But seriously I think there is a distinction between the lower and higher orders of life when it comes to these issues, unless you want us all to eat grass - does grass feel pain? Better speak to Tiger Woods, he must be whopping the proverbial out of those divots.

But having had exposure to cattle and horses, as well as the real rulers of the planet, the cats & dogs, I am in no doubt as to their perception not only of physical cruelty but emotional cruelty as well.
Ergo, it behoves our society, which purports to be in advance of certain others which shall remain nameless, to adhere to the strictest tests and inspections when it comes to slaughter. Just as we expect proper euthanasia for our pets but sadly not for ourselves.

Okay, so Cods, Gordy and AiA think it's okay to whatever you want to animals. That there is no such thing as animal abuse.

How can you abuse something that isn't sentient?

Now, do you know what is known about people who think it's okay to abuse animals? Or should i tell you?

I'm ok with raising and consumption of animals, as is Greg. I've not said a thing about the process so stop filling in the gaps. If you're going to put me on your list of shame,  Greg the pork knuckle fan needs to be right there with me.

No, just on the passing of it into law that animals don't feel pain and do not have emotions, you respond with a picture of flesh.

Telling. Not just about your psyche, about your overall level of sophistication ... although neither were really in any doubt.

I wish I didn't post it Smiley

Im actually on only pulses and potatoes for a few days and feeling a bit unsatiated after looking at that delicious bbq. Nom nom.

I see I am now being accused of animal cruelty??>. Roll Eyes

nothing new there of course...

the facts are this..

I wouldnt harm any animal in fact  I am sure a few will understand when I say I like animals more than some humans... Sad..

however we are talking ab out a deal written in another country for another country....it is in fact none of our business...

but being a realist   as much as I dislike it I realise it is a fact of life today..

and yes for all you MUSLIM WORSHIPPERS   it goes on in the country EVERY DAY..

can you explain the difference between  this type of slaughter

being allowed in Australia  and being allowed in Britain????>..

lets clarify that bit first..

I wonder if Moths lectures Aboriginals on animal cruelty or do they get a pass on the soft bigotry of lower expectations?

In the wild predators start to eat their prey whilst its still alive.

The prey or any wounded creature then goes into shock which alleviates the pain until it dies.

Being killed by a big cat would be best as they tend to kill their prey first. Dogs and bears just eat it alive, usually starting at the anus.

Yep the best would be for it to snap your vertebrae with its k9's around the neck rather than being asphyxiated.

Animals are stunned in this country before they are killed halal.

Don't you ever tire of being wrong?

Oh, and stunning is in itself cruel. Always amazes me how people like you think our meat comes from animals who walk willingly and peacefully to slaughter.

No idea at all.

And still, on a thread intended to discuss the fact that it has passed into law that animals don;t feel pain or feel emotions, the trolls only want to talk about animals being killed.

It's not even a little bit how my mind works.

You are a troubling bunch.

Sorry for the OT post but I'm going to a place on Saturday that does a $250 Wagyu steak. Should I order that or the lobster or both?
