ARGUMENT;

Moslems who are living in Australia, are persons who self-identify, as being FOLLOWERS OF ISLAM.

Those FOLLOWERS OF ISLAM, are persons who,      it can be demonstrated,       time and time again, are and have been deceiving us, and lying to us.

And time and time again, persons who self-identify, as being FOLLOWERS OF ISLAM,
have demonstrated that they hold a deep, and malevolent hatred, for other Australians, who are not moslems.

'Dawa' [in the YT] = = the traditional 'invitation' which is preached to the non-moslem, to persuade him to accept and to convert to ISLAM.

Traditionally in ISLAM, the 'Dawa' is recognised as the 'prelude', the 'precursor', to engaging in hostilities.
i.e. against those who have rejected a peaceful invitation.

I watched Episode 1 yest, and Episode 2 tonight.

I hope SBS will provide/post a transcript of Episode 2, on their WWW site somewhere. [if you see a transcript, please post a link in this thread]

There were definitely several statements, in Episode 2, that i could tear to shreds,     'affirmations' made by some of the participants, about ISLAM and about what ISLAM is.
....i.e. statements/positions which are wholly contradicted in the Koran, or in ISLAMIC law.


e.g.
'What ISIS do, is against ISLAM.'   ...was one of the most obvious clangers.

And the big muscle guy, with the tatts on his arm, who came from Iran [his family had to flee Iran!].

He, stated, 'i really love this country, i really love the way Australia is'.
....and then in the next breath,       he, yes, affirms that he loved 'the way Australia is' so much,
that        'i know we can make Australia even better',        by promoting ISLAMIC values more widely, in Australia.
...words to that effect.




OBSERVATION;
Many moslems living in non-moslem jurisdictions, often express their love of the freedom they now have
to practice their religion IN THE WAY THAT THEY WANT TO PRACTICE IT,
.....i.e. they 'appreciate' the tolerance [within the non-moslem jurisdiction] towards them practicing 'their' ISLAM,
a tolerance which they did not experience, within the countries they fled from.
