The man, filmed at Centrelink in Salisbury, is seen questioning why staff are giving people from other racial backgrounds money but not him.

“I didn’t vote for multiculturalism did I?” the man screams at the top of his lungs.

“But you will do whatever you can for every other front bottom other than Australians.”

The man continues on his rant as customers and staff look on. He threatens to "smash" staff as they shield customers entering and leaving the store.

He then turns his rant to an unsuspecting customer and calls her a "black b****", asking how much money she is receiving from the government welfare agency.

Before leaving the building, the man yells one final remark: “bugger youse all, you will pay me my bugger*** money”.
