Hillbilly elegy on Netflix. Story of a guy from US hillbilly country who survives his childhood and eventually makes it as a lawyer and author despite his mother's drug addiction.

Please don't thank me. Effusive fawning and obeisance of disciples, mendicants, and foot-kissers embarrass me.

The Silk Road.

Very good movie about how the "dark internet" allowed a bright young bloke to set up an "Amazon" type business selling drugs, passports and virtually anything that could not be purchased legally.    Gives a very good insight into crypto currencies like BitCoin and how they work.    Great story (mostly true) with a good twist in the end as the Detective closes in on the creator of the business.
A good movie in the middle of a release of absolute stinkers!

Morons from Outer-Space - a British satire on the "Aliens are good" movement of the 1970s.  Starring Mel Smith and Griff Rhys Jones.  It starts with some interspacial holiday makers who go joyriding and end up crashing into the Earth.  Problem is, they are as thick as two short planks and don't know the answer to all the technical questions that the Earthlings put to them.  They escape and end up celebrities.  That is until the four alien who got lost turns up and the other three are rescued by an interstellar AA man.

Greenland

Starring Gerard Butler and Morena Baccarin. If you have seen any end of the world movies like "Deep Impact" or "Armageddon", you would know what to expect of this movie. People looking to get to a shelter to avoid the impact of the larger asteroid.

I would have to admit that had it not been for the riots and looting of shops and city streets of the USA, I would probably find that the looting and mayhem during an end of the world scenario to be a bit too over the top.

The storyline starts with a family about to watch how an asteroid is about to do a close fly-by of the Earth. But, it takes an impact on land by a piece of the asteroid that changes the mind of people to think that the main asteroid is going to hit the Earth. Normally, space agencies would have been able to see an asteroid was coming months ahead of time. In this case, they have a few days to figure this out.

I did not pay for this movie's viewing. But, I don't feel like I have ripped any movie producer off by watching this movie for free online. I do not figure this movie to be a time waster. But, I could have rewatched "These Final Hours" to get more impact from an end of the world scenario movie.

I watched this the other day on Prime.

Pretty bad acting.

Nothing special.

A good popcorn movie, if you have a couple of hours to kill.

Cinema movies during the summer is a great way to be entertained in the airconditioning. But, even I would rather sweat through a hot, humid day rather than pay money to see this sort of rubbish.
