Apparently its a common occurance in Laos that they use the Vodka bottles to store types of fuels. But the Rastas come and drink them thinking they are some kind of exotic alcohol.

I was nowhere near the (Israeli/Brazzo) backpacker circuit for this trip but yes I can see how that would happen.
