What, again? A Felon who can not legally own firearms can legally do everything on your list with little or no investigation. In some places they can legally vote, in others no one is checking ID so they can vote illegally! When one of your activities requires more government oversight the back ground of the individual is not an issue! Just because something requires more paperwork doesn't make it more regulated. A simple "yes you can" or "no you can't" makes something more regulated than a thousand page list of rules.

Those are exceptions to the rule. I have never understood the idea that a felon is unable to vote. They have paid their debt to society so why should they have their rights restored to them? It strikes me as being deliberately hard hearted to deny them the right to vote. Roll Eyes

Americans Will Always Oppose Gun Bans especially if:

✪ If they are not effective in getting illegal guns out of the hands of criminals who's possession of them is illegal in the first place.

✪ If they are aimed at Law-Abiding American Gun Owners rather than Criminals that obtain guns to be used for criminal purposes.

✪ If the guns they are attempting to ban are in common use by American Citizens specifically for lawful purposes, such as self-defense.....to defend & protect themselves, their loved ones, their friends, & their property.
