I typed that exact information as it shows on the bottom of the image into Google, & bulls-eye!!! .... the very first entry was a PDF which brought up the survey in it's entirety. Extremely informational., & sure enough Table 14 shows the statistics!

Table 14 data: (ABR)

White Victims 3,581,360 Offender White 62.1% Offender Black 15.3%

Black Victims 563,940 Offender White 10.6% Offender Black 70.3%

The big variation here is the 3.5 million White victims V 500 Thousand Black Victims.

The numbers in the pie chart are misleading purely based on this mismatch.

The same numbers from the same report in 2020: More recent.

White Victim : 2,214,390 White Offender 69.2% Black Offender 16.6%

Black Victim: 498,620 White Offender 14.1% Black Offender 65.7%

So by 2020 the difference narrowed from 10% white - 15% Black to 14% White - 16% Black.

Or how it was put in the report:

White on black : for the 563,940 black victims 10.6% were white offenders = 59,777 white on black
Of the 3,581,360 white victims 15.3 % were by black offenders = 547,948 black on white.
Black on black: 396,449. Blacks are 6 times more likely to be victims of other blacks than of whites.

Also, as the report says, p 13

"Based on victims’ perceptions of the offenders, the offender-to-population ratio shows that the percentage of violent incidents involving black offenders (22%) was 1.8 times the percentage of black persons (12%) in the population.

In contrast, the percentage of violent incidents involving white (50%) or Hispanic (14%) offenders was about four-fifths (0.8 times) the percentage of whites (62%) or Hispanics (17%) in the population, and the percentage involving Asian offenders (2.5%) was about two-fifths (0.4 times) the percentage of Asians in the population (6%)"

Systemic criminal racism is BY blacks against whites and other blacks ( and Hispanics and asians.)
