The level of support to allow children to be murdered is unbelievable.

Then DuckyBoy go find another sob story to lie about, somewhere where you actually have a say in the actual outcome.

Now, if an overwhelming number of Americans want to amend OUR American Constitution so be it.....let them start the Amendment Process......I'm an American Citizen, & will read it over, & I will vote on it.

You DuckyBoy have no say, you have no vote  whatsoever in OUR American Laws.....no vote on amending OUR American Constitution......

All you do have DuckyBoy is your own personal opinions on the issues, which we all respect your Right to voice, but that said, your opinions coupled with 50 cents, will only get you a 50 cent pony ride.....nothing more.

In America Murder is already illegal.

In America Attempting to, or conspiring to commit murder is already illegal.

50 dead bodies ----- 50,000 dead bodies......body counts lend nothing more than a reason for the living to temporarily pause, reflect, & mourn for those fallen, fallen that will surely be missed by all.....but in the end body counts change nothing, except the redoubling of efforts & resolve of the living to continue on.....against all adversity & grief......continue on within the Freedoms & Liberties passed down to us, that so many have died for, to pass on those same Freedoms & Liberties to our posterity.

I will say it one more time......

Quote:
After the period of mourning has subsided, Americans will always stand up tall, dust themselves off, pay homage to those fallen, & undaunted, they will move forward with their Freedoms & Liberties intact, prepared to take on the challenges of whatever might come their way..........never forgetting what has passed.........

Yep: Looks like a ball of wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff.

...Nebraska Gov Signs Constitutional Carry into Law ...

27 States Strong, & More to Follow!

Source:
NRA-ILA
       Quote:
Nebraska became the 27th state in the nation to pass constitutional carry today when Gov. Jim Pillen signed the bill into law.

“Today, Nebraska joined 26 other states whose constituents and leaders recognize that law-abiding Americans should not have to ask for special government permission and pay additional fees in order to exercise their rights outside of the home,” said Randy Kozuch, executive director, NRA-ILA. “The NRA has worked tirelessly to protect the rights of Americans to defend themselves for decades, and we’re thrilled that this protection has now come to Nebraskans.”

Constitutional carry protects Americans’ right to carry a firearm for self-defense by eliminating the requirement that law-abiding gun owners obtain a permit to carry. The law does not affect previously issued permits, and does not eliminate the permitting system. Those who wish to obtain a permit to carry in states that recognize Nebraska permits still can.
In addition, this bill does not change who is permitted to obtain a firearm. Felons and other disqualified persons can still be punished under federal, state and local statutes for unlawful possession of a firearm.

LB 77 also strengthens preemption, giving the state legislature sole authority to regulate firearms. This prevents Nebraska counties and municipalities from having a patchwork of confusing and conflicting local laws throughout the state.

Shall NOT Be Infringed: Missouri Officials Refuse to Cooperate with Feds on Gun Control.

County officials in Missouri are refusing to cooperate with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), asserting that the federal agency is “unconstitutional”.

Camden County presiding commissioner Ike Skelton, County Attorney Jeff Green, County Treasurer Kendra Hicks, and Sheriff Tony Helms were among the six senior elected officials to write to the agency known for its involvement in incidents such as the Waco massacre. They cited a local ordinance as justification for refusing to cooperate.

“Under the Anti-Commandeering Doctrine, Camden County was the first county in Missouri, and possibly in the country, to pass an ordinance prohibiting any county employee from assisting your unconstitutional agency in violating the rights of our citizens,” wrote Skelton in comments quoted by a local NPR affiliate.

In a further statement, he argued that “[a]ny and all federal firearms laws, so-called laws, in my opinion, and many others’ opinion, are unconstitutional.”

Challenging the Feds.
Missouri is the scene of a much wider battle between conservative-led state governments backing the people’s right to bear arms and the Joe Biden-led federal government, which is seeking to restrict it.

In March, an Obama-appointed federal judge, Brian Wimes, moved to strike down the Second Amendment Preservation Act of 2021, a law passed by Missouri’s legislature which empowered Missourians to sue local and state officials assisting federal agencies infringing Second Amendment rights for tens of thousands of dollars.

Wimes ruled the act was “unconstitutional” and therefore “invalid, null, void, and of no effect,” arguing that it undermined the supremacy of federal law over state law.

Biden’s Attorney General, Merrick Garland, who brought the case, gloated that he was “gratified” by Wimes’s initial decision, but Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey insisted he would “defend this statute to the highest court” — and the judge has conceded that the act can remain in force while the appeals process is ongoing, at least for now.

Wimes’s position that the law unconstitutionally abrogates federal law and is “designed to [do just that” and the Missourian position that states can disapply federal gun laws on grounds that they are unconstitutional are in direct conflict.

Observers well beyond Missouri will be watching closely to see which position wins out, given the enormous implications it could have not just for gun rights, but also states’ rights and the very nature of governance within the Union.

Meanwhile, ignorant Americans carry on each day by
shooting a few more innocent people—as is their right
given by the 2nd Amendment.   After all, they've got
millions of guns—why not use 'em?

Missouri is not alone. Sheriffs, who compose a major portion of law enforcement in America, are beholden to the people who elect them. They don't work for the government, they work for the people, & are on record all across America that they will not enforce federal or local gun laws that infringe upon a Citizens Rights to Keep & Bear arms....laws that they deem unconstitutional. That said, the Federal Government is powerless to force law enforcement officers to go against their sacred OATHS to first & foremost defend the United States Constitution.....for they are Oath Keepers.....& the US Federal Government is powerless to force them to enforce unconstitutional law.

It's called NULLIFICATION......Laws are only as powerful as those that enforce them, & if the law is not enforced, it is summarily NULLIFIED.

Americans have a long history of NULLIFICATION.....& if Sheriffs refuse to enforce laws they deem unconstitutional, the law is nullified. If The People refuse to obey unjust/unconstitutional laws that infringe upon their Freedom & Liberty, & at the same time those same laws are not enforced, they are  NULLIFIED.....

You need guns when the gangsters are armed.  Disarm gangsters BEFORE you disarm the law abiding citizenry.

Correct, and not a single person on the planet is saying anything to the contrary.

Meanwhile:

The suspected shooters in separate mass shootings in Nashville, Tennessee, and Louisville, Kentucky, both bought guns used in the attacks legally.

The big picture: From 1966 to 2019, 77% of mass shooters purchased at least some of the weapons used in the shootings legally, per data compiled by the National Institute of Justice, a research agency of the Department of Justice.

Many mass shootings in the U.S. after 2019 have also underscored the same reality.

Illegal purchases were made by just 13% of mass shooters, per the data, which also notes that 32.5% of mass shooting cases could not be confirmed.

More than 80% of the assailants responsible for K-12 shootings stole their guns from family members, per the National Institute of Justice.

Still, just because some sick, demented, & misguided criminal minded person uses a firearm to kill innocent people, there remains absolutely no reason whatsoever for the more than 300+ million good, Law-Abiding American Citizens to even consider relinquishing any firearms, or any of their Constitutional Rights affirming their Right to Keep & Bear Arms.

So if you want to stop car thefts, ban ALL car purchases, by anyone. If you want to stop gun theft, don't let anyone have guns to steal from - not the police, not the military, not any citizen.
If you want to stop shoplifting close all shops.
