Undergrowth, branches, and dead foliage is natural in the bush. What is unnatural is people building their homes in such areas because its bush, and then whining about the bush. The whiners should move to the Nullarbor where their desire for zero fire risk will be granted.

Yes you do pay into the pension. Menzies brought it in i think. They renamed the specific tax a few times but its still in there. Read up on how the pension is supposed to work.
