PSA(Prostate Specific Antigen, from memory) tests have be around a while now. They just let you know if there is something wrong, not what it is.

I'm sure there are some that will prefer to go the old route though, Gregg comes to mind but then he probably always asks the doc for a "second" opinion as well.

I  used to enjoy looking after the Prostate Patients regarding surgery (via Dr Lalak).

Wheeling them into Theatre they would always have an apprehensive look about them. I would reassure them with the soothing words "Better here than in a Prison."

Mind you - 'many' Villawood Detention Centre guys would come into Private (paid by Tax-payers) for their 'Rectum Repair' operations. They are placed over a saddle and their Rectums are pulled 'outside' for repairs.
It's due to all the buggery going on in the Centre.

Did you ever attended to a prison patient after a barbed wire treatment?

Given the setting, wouldn't a nice big insulin shot between the toes have been a better idea?

Although he is an arsehole, he's not qualified to do a prostate exam.
