Irrelevant and besides the point. Not for me to speculate on, read the articles and you may get some answers to your questions.

The point remains, they are illegal aliens and Gregg did not do his homework before pissing and moaning. More likely he was just lazy in thinking they were illegal aliens to the US, which of course they are not... yet.
