Sadly in today's age of Imprisonment.

The Prisoners are more 'harder' than the Prisons themselves.
The Prison system is soft. The prisoners get all the mods, even Uni degrees.
In the old days, Prison's here broke the criminal out of the man. So that that man was grateful for whatever Freedom he got.

I don't know where our Nation went wrong. Maybe they (the law system) felt sorry for the 'Criminal' because he
only stole a loaf of bread
(historical cliche). But for a fact, a lot of those Criminals were also murderers, paedophiles, rapists, and more.
I don't know about you lot, but I do not feel sorry for the concept of 'Criminal'.

...and we all know how well the British (legal system) looks after
its
'criminals' that it brought here with them.
Now that there are 'others' here.

The Why time has come to simply care nothing for criminals.

They do not play the game by the rules.

They SHOUKD BE punished, not pampered.

How many times do you see murderers shooting and killing people
Only to surrender with their hands and heads held high, knowing that they will not be shot as they should have been.

You see the courts allow serial offenders to walk out of court with bail, many of whom re-offend again and again.

We have prisoners rights groups and people demanding humane treatment of criminals who have given no such humanity to their victims.

Gaols need to be places that instil fear and terror into criminals.
The death penalty needs to be re-introduced, not only to mortal crimes, but to chronically re- offending criminals.
Commit any crime 3 times, you have proven that you are no longer any good to society, so you will be removed permanently.

Commit a crime in gaol, instant death row.

Over the last 50 years we have played nice with criminals.
We have had this thrown back at us.
So now we need to play the same way they do.

CARE NOT FOR THE CRIMINAL, FOR THEY CARE NOT FOR THEIR VICTIMS.

And finally.
Criminals who take advantage of their positions.
Senior public servants, judges, politicians
All should be subjected to the harshest of punishment, death.
For they do the most damage.

Yeah well no. One reason is you dont really know if someone is guilty or not til court (even then it might be not). Another reason is teenagers that commit an offence usually turn out alright when they get older (no not all). the main reason (for me) though is that you sound like an arsehole i knew in sydney a few years back who took a hit out on his daughter for breaking his dryer door.

If the guy there in front of you has a smoking gun, there is no mistake, kill him.

The reason for allowing three strikes is to determine if tgere are other factors, mental illness, bad upbringing, stupidity etc. These people can be rehabilitated.
But some are incurable, these have no place in society, they are worthless, eliminate them.

As for taking out a hit on someone for breaking a dryer.
He is the criminal, he SHOUKD BE put down.

Love with great passion.
Hate with just as much passion.

The only difference is the reason.

Old people beaten and then live that remaining years in fear, the criminals walk free.

Children raped, families destroyed, the creatures that did it walk free to re-offend offend.

Murderers destroy lives, and wreck families, the murderers walk free a few years later.

Terrorists kill children and families, then walk free, are allowed to practice their sick cult in gaol, are protected by the other cult members and treated as if wonderful. Then get let back into society.

Criminals must be punished, and sometimes only terminal punishment is warranted.

Yes, ensure that they are criminals, that they committed the crime.
But once proven, punish them, punish them as they have treated their victims

WITHOUT COMPASSION, CARE OR CONSIDERATION.

That's a great scene to a great movie.

Yes - a grub of a man could go kill someone and then plead innocent when the police come to process him. He'll play the poor downtrodden aussie convict forever treated unfairly for stealing a loaf of bread. The court will feel sorry for his 'aussieness' (which anyone can do like its the greatest Acting role to play in this country) and wipe 10-20 years off his prison sentence. Poor fellow. He just strangled his his partner's 6 year old daughter because she knocked over his mull bowl of pot into the thick carpet.

Let's face it - 'being' Aussie, means being mentally ill (and the number of mentally ill, is growing in this country).
