If there are no bits of the qur'an which cause and motivate the behaviour of the islamic fundamentalist, can somebody tell us exactly what is causing fundamentalist muslims to do what they are doing today?

Are we going to be given the they *misinterpreted* it excuse once again?

If they *misinterpreted* it, why is the qur'an so easily *misinterpreted* that muslims slaughter innocent people, muslims horrifically torture people, muslims rape people, all done in the name of allah by muslims who totally believe that they will enter allahs' paradise.

What is the problem with the qur'an that it can be *misinterpreted* to such an evil extent?

The truth is that the qur'an is 100% overdue for a complete overhaul and all the evil parts purged.
