Do you think the stabbed guy wishes he had a Chinese student instead of a Muzo?

The right to bare legs has been cut off by a Sydney magistrate after a woman charged with driving at more than double the legal blood alcohol limit appeared in court wearing thigh-high denim shorts.

Sutherland Local Court Magistrate Jayeann Carney asked Barbara Diana Vasconcello Cardenas, 37, if she had a jumper she could tie around her waist to supplement her tiny denim shorts during her court appearance.

“What I’m going to say is it is completely inappropriate to wear cut off denim shorts up to your thighs in court,” Ms Carney told Vasconcello Cardenas through a Spanish interpreter.

“I’m very tolerant to all types of attire but this is beach attire, what you’re wearing.

“This is a court. Do you appreciate what I’ve said?”

WTF is she allowed to wear a terrorists uniform in court?

The diminutive Bangladeshi, dressed in a black Niqab showing only her eyes, faced a court hearing ahead of sentencing at a later date.

I'm going to take a guess that Morrison would not want that woman's "beach clothes" at Aussie Day Citizenship Ceremonies but the Niqab would be fine.

It's not as if the judge or the court officers are going to rape her for showing her face.. or stone her to death or something...

you guys dont see this this as a double standard accepted by our COURTS????

this is the whole point...I dont care if a nudist wishes to turn up in court  in full un attire....

ITS WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE TO OUR COURT SYSTEM....

why is one dress code disrespectful and another not so???

I CALL IT A DOUBLE STANDARD..

in fact I can see in the future every one who is convicted can stand in court with their heads covered..

as long as they have  no bum cheek  hanging out..

pathetic.

Again, as with the women wearing shorts in Court on another thread, quite plainly it is a show of contempt and disrespect for the Court, and should be treated by the presiding magistrate/judge as such.

Deport this owned Muslim back to Yemen where she belongs for making a mockery out of our legal system which is supposed to be fair, open and just for everyone, a mask FFS.
Then deport her family and everyone that attends their mosque. And for good measure BAN IMMIGRATION from Islamic countries, its in Australia's best interest.

Still vigilantism.  What have ordinary, everyday, peaceful, Muslims ever done to deserve what you're advocating?   Roll Eyes

Who said anything about ordinary, everyday, peaceful Muslims?

"to dispose of the filth...."   as I always say, good people can stay and flourish in peace... but we need to take out the trash....

... and Apartheidists are the lowest form of life.....
